apparecchi atti od adattabili alla ricezione delle
radioaudizioni è obbligato al pagamento del canone di
abbonamento, giusta le norme di cui al presente decreto.<br>
La presenza di un impianto aereo atto alla captazione o
trasmissione di onde elettriche o di un dispositivo idoneo a
sostituire l'impianto aereo, ovvero di linee interne per il
funzionamento di apparecchi radioelettrici, fa presumere la
detenzione o l'utenza di un apparecchio radioricevente.</font></p>

D'accordo con te sull'ambiguita` di "atto o adattabile" ricordiamoci
pero` che nel 38 <br>
dilagavano le radio a galena, probabilmente si riferivano a quello.<br>
